Suckling pig is a very popular dish in the island of Sardinia and is normally cooked on festive occasions domestically but is a common dish in restaurants in the island. Will you be doing anymore restaurant reviews in 2010??

I’ve eaten suckling pig all around the world. It is the best pork meal and as you say feeds up to 15 people.

Looks like a fabulous meal and the fact it serves up to 15 people! Will have to give it a go one of these days. I really like the addition of these kinds of video’s John. Am tuning more and more.
