Congratulations to David Pope, the Canberra Times cartoonist being voted Cartoonist of the Year at the 26th Annual Stanley Awards held in Melbourne over the weekend. Mark Knight,of the Herald Sun,won the Editorial/Political Cartoonist Stanley Award in a year there was plenty of content to work on.
